The Role
As the CRM Specialist at Coventry University and working within Coventry University Recruitment & Admissions Ltd (CURA), you will be a key and experienced member of the team and will be responsible for planning and delivering Creating automated CRM communications to attract and convert potential students, helping our prospective students to help make informed decisions when choosing their place of study.
Using your experience of CRM/email marketing platforms, you will be responsible for defining and delivering conversion, nurture and up-selling journey’s that support student recruitment targets across the University Group.
In line with our Conversion strategy, will be segmenting audiences and creating visually appealing CRM emails and journeys, using the Marketing Cloud automation capabilities to boost conversion, progression and generate revenue.
You will collaborate with our wider teams (including Marketing and Communications, Recruitment, Admissions, Academics and Legal) to ensure customer journeys are highly personalised, seamless and factual.
This role can be based at any of our campus offices in Coventry, London or Scarborough.
Our Successful Candidate
We are seeking someone who is highly creative AND technical, with a customer-first mind-set to help us to deliver a word-class unforgettable experience working across email, SMS and other digital and offline channels. You will take ownership of working directly with our wider teams (including Marketing and Communications, Recruitment, Admissions, Academics and Legal) to deliver personalised, relevant and information communications.
The post holder will be responsible for the end to end process of creating CRM journeys using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, which is used to communicate with target audiences. They are expected to plan and deliver email, SMS and other digital or social media communications campaigns. The post holder will maintain close working relationships with the external suppliers of these services and Marketing and Communications
