The Role

 

The Operations Manager will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, teams across the campus, colleagues within the University Group, along with external organisations, to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the campus and safe and effective day to day operations.

 

You will be expected to act independently, taking timely and, at times, significant decisions to ensure operational delivery, along with driving change, where required, across the campus through innovation and reflection of current operational systems and practises.

Our Successful Candidate

 

You will be accountable for delivering operational support services to the highest standards, providing leadership and effective line management to staff in the operations team, effective coordination of contracted services, and providing a role model of customer service excellence. The operations manager will be responsible for the delivery of quality services and sustaining standards, ensuring effective operational management of Coventry University London on a day-to-day basis.

 

You will bring a track record of achievement in a similar role, strong people management, along with planning management skills and enthusiasm to work as part of a team.
