The Role

Are you passionate about inspiring students to study in the UK and helping them take the next step in their education journey? We’re recruiting for a Student Recruitment Manager to lead high-impact recruitment activities that drive international student growth for Coventry University. The role is based in Bangkok, Thailand. You will be responsible for promoting our university’s programmes, strengthening our market presence, and generating quality student applications through strategic engagement with agents, partners, schools, and prospective students.

 

In this sales-driven recruitment role, you will execute market-specific strategies, including agent training, partnership development, school visits, digital engagement, education fairs, and promotional events to increase brand awareness and achieve ambitious recruitment targets. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand market dynamics, and identify growth opportunities will be key to your success.

 

This is a fast-paced and externally facing role, ideal for professionals with experience in international student recruitment, education sales, marketing, or business development. You will collaborate closely with regional teams, academic departments, and recruitment partners to deliver impactful activities that drive student interest, applications, and enrolments. If you are target-oriented, highly organised, and confident communicating with diverse audiences, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career in international higher education.

 

Our Successful Candidate

We are looking for a sales passionate, results-driven candidates who can execute a clear sales plan, understand market intelligence, ensure a return on investment, and inspire a wide range of stakeholders in pursuit of ambitious performance goals.

 

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent with the ability to communicate proficiently in English both verbally and written.

 

Your role will involve working with local agents, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring effective performance across all recruitment channels. You will be able to work independently with minimal supervision whilst working with varied priorities.
