The Role

As CRM Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in designing, delivering and optimising our CRM activity across the recruitment lifecycle.
You will be responsible for developing and executing customer centric CRM marketing strategies to drive prospective student engagement and conversions.
Duties include:
CRM campaign delivery
• Develop and deliver annual CRM schedules and multichannel campaigns across email, SMS and WhatsApp.
• Lead the end to end delivery of automated journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including template build, audience segmentation (SQL/Data Filters), copy editing, scheduling and optimisation.
Journey design & optimisation
• Create personalised and automated lead nurturing, admissions and applicant conversion journeys, improving conversion rates through segmentation, personalisation and structured A/B testing.
Data & insight
• Analyse campaign performance to guide future planning, optimise engagement, support CRO improvements and feed insight into the wider marketing and recruitment activity.
Collaboration
• Work cross functionally with colleagues across Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions to align journeys with touchpoints across the wider student experience.

We’re looking for a CRM Senior Marketing Executive who blends creativity with data, enjoys improving digital journeys and is motivated by work that has real, long term impact. If you love making customer experiences better and want to help shape the future of our CRM function, this role is for you.
As CRM Senior Marketing Executive, you will be customer focused and think deeply about the applicant experience, designing communication that meets real student needs whilst meeting quality and compliance standards. You will demonstrate experience managing CRM or marketing automation campaigns as well as planning and mapping customer journeys and conversion paths.
You will be data driven, with the ability to analyse campaign data and apply insights. You will look for insight everywhere, in dashboards, performance reports, test results and behavioural patterns and turn that insight into improved journeys.
You will be a relationship builder & solution oriented, taking ownership of workstreams and spotting opportunities to improve journeys and bring ideas that make a measurable difference.
Hands on experience with an enterprise CRM, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud and competence with SQL, AMPscript, HTML are essential requirements for this role.
