Competitive starting salary range from £37,813 up to £53,653 per annum (dependent upon experience) with the potential to progress. A discretionary range for candidates with exceptional experience can be discussed/considered.

The Role

To lead a dedicated function which ensures our agent commission framework and student incentive offer (scholarships/discounts etc.) are continuously developed and effectively managed to help achieve ambitious sales targets. 

 

To develop our agent network through effective account management and to ensure our agents are legally and regulatory compliant with the BUILA Agent Quality Framework (AQF). 

 

To monitor and analyse agent commission and scholarship performance, and subsequently create/implement subsequent strategic decisions which enhance our return on investment even further. 

Our Successful Candidate

 

We’re seeking a strategic, data-informed leader with a strong background in international or business account management.  You’ll have a proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver exceptional B2B and B2C customer experiences. 

You will: 

  • Set clear strategic direction, responding to compliance and customer needs to help achieve ambitious sales targets
  • Use data and insight to drive improvements, optimising processing at every touchpoint and enhance all B2B and B2C customer interactions. 
  • Lead and support your staff through peak recruitment periods, ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence. 
  • Collaborate effectively with other teams including Global and UK Recruitment, Sales Enablement, and Sponsorship Compliance and Quality Assurance.

We are looking for a passionate, results-driven candidate. Comfortable using spreadsheets and CRM/processing systems such as Salesforce, you will have significant experience in analysing all types of data and subsequently translating this into deliverable objectives. You will also be skilled in implementing objectives which lead to improved metrics.
