The Role

Coventry University Recruitment & Admissions (CURA) lives and breathes a passion for finding, enrolling and assisting students to earn a transformational Coventry University degree at one of our UK campuses. Our reputation for success, innovation and customer focus has significantly grown our student numbers over recent years. As a Regional Director for East, North and Southeast Asia, you will be responsible for leading CURA’s regional recruitment function, deploying ‘best in class’ intelligence driven sales strategy and tactical interventions across sales channels. The post holder will define and develop multiple designated markets to achieve stretching recruitment targets and KPIs relating to growth, volume, conversion and diversification.
Our Successful Candidate
Are you a passionate, results driven leader able to develop strategy, secure return on investment and inspire a wide range of stakeholders in pursuit of ambitious performance metrics?
Can you make your own weather, navigating unprecedented market volatility as you define regional competitive advantage and execute a plan to fully exploit it?
Have you got extensive experience of setting and delivering against stretching sales targets across a complex, premium product range, preferably within an international context?
As a Regional Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in this next phase of our development, drawing on your extensive sales management experience to lead an international sales team and drive ambitious year on year growth and diversification across multiple recruitment channels. Whilst knowledge of HE recruitment could be advantageous, we’re certainly open to candidates from a wide range of backgrounds and we’d welcome a discussion on where the role is based, whether that’s in the UK or overseas in the relevant region.
