We have opportunity to join Coventry University Recruitment & Admissions team as a Regional Student Engagement and Recruitment Officer based in Coventry and covering the UK region.
The Role
As Regional Student Engagement and Recruitment Officer you will be responsible for managing your own schedule, events, activities and customer accounts, in order to exceed postgraduate student recruitment targets.
By positioning Coventry University as a destination of choice to prospective students, your role will ensure that students are informed about the benefits of postgraduate study with Coventry University and provide information, help and support throughout their student journey, from course selection, applying to enrolling at any of Coventry’s campuses or delivery locations within the UK.
Working closely with the Postgraduate Engagement and Recruitment Manager you will contribute to the development of the recruitment plans for the UK and be responsible for delivering allocated elements of regional strategies.
Our Successful Candidate
A result’s focused, target driven individual with a proven record of accomplishment in sales with a focus of developing medium- to long-term markets and pipelines. You will have experience working in a similar target based commercial/educational sales role achieving ambitious performance targets selling high value and complex services to a variety of customers.
Outstanding persuasion and influencing skills (including oral, written and presentation skills) with the ability to build strong relationships with key stake holders, influence, and debate at senior levels, to get the right result.
Exceptional organisational, planning, change and project management skills are essential requirements for this role along with a wiliness to travel and a flexible approach to work.
This post will require you to have an enhanced DBS check.
