CU Recruitment and Admissions Limited (part of the Coventry University Group) is building a new approach to student recruitment and Sponsorship Compliance, establishing strategies that position Coventry University Group as a dominant local, national and international recruiter.

The Role

In this role, you will work with a team of Audit and Enrolment Specialists in Coventry and London, reporting to the Audit and Enrolment Manager, to support a high quality and proactive student enrolment experience. You will play a crucial role in assessing application documentation ensuring UKVI audit-ready compliance across enrolment documentation and internal systems.

 

The team will support essential pre-enrolment functions including Right to Study (RTS) checks, fraud prevention, and as mentioned, the preparation of audit-ready documentation. You will act as a key point of contact for enrolment-related enquiries and exceptional enrolment appeals.

 

Please note that this is a London-based role.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the enrolment process within SCQA, resolving issues, process and assist on exceptional enrolment appeals, and working with conversion - support students through their pre-arrival journey.
  • Deliver specialist advice and act as the first point of contact for enrolment enquiries.
  • Follow due processes and share best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including but not limited to, Admissions and Registry, to align enrolment activities across the University Group.
  • Support audit readiness
  • Deliver training and guidance to colleagues across CURA and the wider University Group on enrolment and compliance best practice.

Our Successful Candidate

We’re seeking a detail-orientated, proactive, and confident individual who has experience of working across multiple systems and is an excellent team player. You will have experience in an administrative role and preferably experience in student admissions, compliance, or similar activities. You should possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with students and stakeholders effectively and professionally at all levels.

You should be skilled at working to deadlines and managing sensitive data in line with relevant regulations. Experience of using systems for document management, data analysis and reporting is essential.

Flexibility is a necessity for this role as you should be able to support occasional weekend work if and when required as well as he ability to travel across London-based sites.
