Salary
Competitive starting salary range from £42,920 up to £44,547 per annum (dependent upon experience) with the potential to progress. A discretionary range for candidates with exceptional experience can be discussed/considered.

The Role

 

This role is based in Milton Keynes

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join NITE’s growing team of teacher educators to lead in the delivery of our new undergraduate teacher training routes. Our recently validated work-based routes include apprenticeships and work-based degrees for non-apprentices. The successful candidate will work alongside another Course Leader to manage the delivery of our five new programmes and support students. They will work closely with our design team to continue to develop our new programmes and lead a group of university lead mentors. 

 

Our Successful Candidate

 

We are looking for an experienced teacher or teacher educator to help guide the next stage of our development in ITT. The successful candidate ideally will have worked with trainee teachers. Experience in working with either apprentices in school-based apprenticeship routes, undergraduate student teachers and/or people studying whilst working as teaching assistants would be particularly advantageous.
