The Role

 

The Role will be based in Milton Keynes

 

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Partnership Development Officer to join our growing Partnerships Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building NITE’s network of schools and education organisations, supporting the delivery of our ambitious growth plans.


Working closely with the Partnership Development Manager and colleagues across the Institute, you will help identify new opportunities, nurture relationships with schools and partners, and ensure smooth onboarding processes. This role combines operational delivery with outward-facing engagement, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

 

Key responsibilities include:


•    Supporting the development of new partnerships with schools, trusts, and education organisations in the UK and internationally.
•    Managing communications with partners and responding to enquiries about NITE’s programmes.
•    Providing account management support to partners, ensuring smooth onboarding and transition processes.
•    Preparing business cases, partnership proposals and supporting documentation.
•    Contributing to data collection and analysis to inform decision-making and track recruitment and partnership activity.
•    Representing NITE at events, conferences and exhibitions to raise the profile of our programmes and engage with potential partners.

 

Our Successful Candidate

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative and organised individual with a passion for education and partnership development. You will have experience working with schools or other education organisations and be confident building relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential.
