Competitive starting salary range from £23,407 up to £25,276 (dependent upon experience) with the potential to progress. A discretionary range for candidates with exceptional experience can be discussed/considered.

The Role

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join NITE as a Student Selection Officer to assist with the selection process for all Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) courses, both in the UK and internationally. Our teacher training programmes are growing, so the role will focus on ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of processing applications, whilst ensuring that quality assurance processes are adhered to.

Our Successful Candidate

 

We are looking for a highly organised individual to join the Student Selection Team to support the processing of applications for our teacher training programmes. The role will require the individual to provide our applicants with an excellent level of support and guidance to ensure they receive a positive and seamless onboarding experience.

 

The successful candidate will be confident with liaising with internal and external stakeholders both on the phone and in writing.  The individual will be required to work efficiently to process applications at pace and with excellent attention to detail.
