The Role
As Regional Recruitment Specialist you will advise future students and stakeholders to maximise the conversion of applicant enquiries to enrolled students across institutions within the Coventry University Group. This business development role will drive markets in pursuit of growth and diversification including direct recruitment, management of agents, schools, further education, and Higher education networks.
Working closely with the Regional Recruitment Manager you will contribute to the development of the recruitment plans for regions for which you have responsibility while delivering allocated elements of regional strategies. Manage individual and team performance (if applicable) to secure existing and new markets, recruitment pipelines and provide annual projections and recommendations for improvements.
You will undertake student recruitment and networking activity, such as attending exhibitions and career conventions and visiting schools and colleges to achieve agreed annual student recruitment targets.

Our Successful Candidate
Degree educated with a proven record of accomplishment in sales with a focus of developing medium- to long-term markets and pipelines. A result driven individual, with experience working in a similar target based commercial/educational sales role achieving ambitious performance targets selling high value and complex services to both individuals and organisations.
You will have outstanding persuasion and influencing skills (including oral, written and presentation skills) with the ability to build strong relationships with key stake holders, influence, and debate at senior levels, to get the right result.
Exceptional organisational, planning, change and project management skills are essential requirements for this role along with a flexible approach to work. The working hours for this role is a 5/7 working pattern including evenings and weekends as required and travel for work associated with the role will be required.
