As a Student Recruitment Manager in Poland, your primary responsibility will be to nurture the existent and develop new markets and channels, to achieve the recruitment target within the region for the Coventry University Wroclaw. You will be tasked with implementing a comprehensive regional recruitment strategy in collaboration with recruitment, conversion, and admissions teams within CURA to drive growth in key markets and ensuring ambitious growth goals are met.
You will report directly onto the Regional Recruitment Manager based in Poland, and will focus on development and growth of the recruitment pipeline from Poland, Europe and Internationally.

With extensive experience in business development and delivering against ambitious sales targets in a complex, premium product range, within an international context—you will be well-equipped to take on this role.
As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing the growth and diversification strategy of your region. You’ll work across multiple recruitment channels, including direct recruitment, schools, FE, and HE networks, and agents in new markets. Your goal will be to drive demand of direct recruitment and new market development, while optimising conversion rates from lead generation to enrolment for Coventry University Wroclaw.
This role will also involve advising prospective students, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring top-tier performance across all recruitment channels.
