CU Academic Services (part of the Coventry University Group) provides outstanding customer service, support, and engagement to future graduates across the globe from their very first point of enquiry to Coventry University Group through to their graduation while proactively supporting them at every step along the way. This position is based at our campus in Wroclaw, Poland, and supporting the students of Coventry University Wroclaw.
The Role
As a Student Success Coach, you will be responsible for helping students identify and achieve their educational ambitions and make the most from their course and everything that university life has to offer them. Partnering and collaborating with your assigned students on a 1:1 basis through a wide range of relevant channels from phone, email, in-person, workshops to drop-in sessions, you help each student create and articulate their Student Success Plan giving them control and confidence over their own learning journey.
Working closely with academic colleagues, careers specialists ensure each student’s plan works hand in hand with the demands of each course, you will pro-actively monitor each student's progress against their plan prioritizing appropriate support and working closely with Customer Support and Engagement teams to ensure a seamless experience for the student.
Our Successful Candidate
Educated to degree level or equivalent with relevant experience working within a customer focussed, fast paced, target driven and fluid environment. with the ability to interact confidently with prospective customers from all over the world, their advisers, academic and professional staff, and senior managers as required.
A strong communicator with a high standard of written and spoken English, you will have the ability to confidently interact with prospective customers from all over the world, their advisers, academic and professional staff, and senior managers as required.
A natural collaborator, eager and motivated to learn you will have a calm, logical approach to make assessments and work quickly and accurately with colleagues to design the best support for each individual student. Excellent organisational and prioritising skills, you will have experience of using or the ability to use a CRM System to manage your work.
