Coventry University Recruitment and Admissions Ltd (CURA) is building a new approach to student recruitment to achieve stretching student recruitment targets, while establishing strategies that position Coventry University Group as a dominant local, national and international recruiter.

 

This role is based at our Wroclaw Campus, Poland. 

The Role

 

As Admissions and Compliance Specialist you will provide an end to end undergraduate and postgraduate EU and/or international student admissions service in Coventry University Wroclaw, ensuring that Polish legislative requirements and regulations are met, and that applications contain all required elements to support a successful application.  

 

Duties include:  

  • Providing applicants with the admissions and enrolment documentation and support they needed to complete any visa/ immigration and enrolment requirements.  
  • Liaising with the Border Guard, providing accurate and timely information to them. 
  • Maintaining current knowledge on Polish legislation, reviewing  and updating processes where required 
  • Ensuring that CURA and University Group Colleagues are regularly updated on any changes, risks or issues that are critical to comply with Polish legislation related to International Students studying in Poland. 

Our Successful Candidate

 

As Admissions and Compliance Specialist you will have proven experience of working within an admissions environment in higher education, specifically experience working in a team offering visa advice within Polish Higher Education. 

 

Experience of working within a strongly customer-focussed, fast- paced environment is essential for this role.   

 

This role will require a high standard of written and spoken Polish and English, alongside excellent attention to detail, organisation skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
